My foam roller is one of my best friends.

If you’ve never foam rolled before, it’s something very similar to a love/hate relationship.

Foam rolling does something called “Myofascial Release.”

MR is just a fancy term for breaking up any adhesions built up in the muscle tissue, and releasing any muscle and fascia that are bound together.

Foam rolling will help restore:
mobility, flexibility, pliability, & normal range of motion.

The more active you are, the more you need to foam roll.

I like to foam roll before I warm up for my exercise, however occasionally I’ll roll out after a workout, or even on my “off” days.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how myofascial release can be AMAZING for helping:
